The management team have over 100 years combined experience working in the Aviation industry, gaining broad exposure in handling government contracts, major projects, specialty materials, manufacturing and people management.
STS Mod Center maintains a database of experienced technicians across the three main trade groups, avionics, engines and structures which allow us the capability to ramp-up operations quickly and easily. Our ability to attract quality personnel and working on long term programs has developed a team from which to draw upon to meet customer needs, as well as fulfill scheduled long term work. Our customer relationships are formed with a partnering focus which allows us to align the right individuals to each customer’s application resulting in consistency and quality outcomes.
STS Mod Center personnel typically come from both the commercial and defense aviation industries and have on average more than ten years trade background experience. All technicians are vetted to meet technical skill requirements and undergo security screening.
We develop and provide comprehensive training programs in house allowing us to tailor specific training packages for individual customer and/or technical solutions. Our award winning training programs are provided using CBT and hands on experience delivering understanding through multiple learning styles and a variety of delivery methods, proven to provide an optimum learning and higher retention education. Training managers can work with you to customize the delivery of employee training on-site or off-site.
In February of 2015, STS Mod Center received the prestigious “Diamond Award” of Excellence for participation in the Aviation Maintenance Technician Awards Program from the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration.
Quality service along with excellent customer care allows us to provide our customers with a total maintenance package. Whatever your needs, either short-notice maintenance or long-term modification programs, our process begins with a client needs assessment. Our service continues with the development and assembly of a customized maintenance team with the skill set required to effectively deliver your program requirements. Modifications are performed on a contract basis at our hangar facilities or a location of your choice. Program management and quality assurance are included with the modification and installation team ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
